‘What is Vedic meditation?
Vedic meditation is a simple and effortless technique which allows the mind-body to deeply rest and begin to unwind built-up layers of stress and fatigue as a result of our busy modern lives.
Practiced twice daily for 20-minutes, it creates the perfect conditions to recharge and allow our natural state of full capability, wakefulness, clarity, creativity and calm to come to the forefront.
