Vedic meditation felt like a coming home to my nature. It felt like my whole being was finally coming out of the deep waters, breaking the surface and filling up my lungs with fresh air. It felt so natural and was the first technique where I did not have to try, concentrate or put in any effort. I could finally stop doing and just let go with complete abandon.

‘What is Vedic meditation?

Vedic’ is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Veda’ वेद meaning ‘knowledge’. It is timeless and authorless wisdom on the reality of our truest Self, which is unchanging, unbounded, fully capable, awake and calm. It is the knowledge of how to live a life in complete harmony with the intelligence of our own nature.

Vedic meditation is a simple and effortless technique which allows the mind-body to deeply rest and begin to release built-up layers of stress and fatigue as a result of our busy modern lives.

Practiced twice daily for 20-minutes, it allows us to recharge and allow our natural state of full capability, wakefulness, silence and calm to come to the forefront.
