Learn Vedic Meditation with Victoria Madamba

Vedic Meditation is a simple and effortless technique that is practiced twice daily for 20 minutes. Using a personalised bija (seed) mantra - a sound or vibration - the mind is guided gently to transcend thought and move inwards - accessing a state of restful alertness and pure Being.

As the mind settles, the body follows and is able to access a profound state of rest. The technique allows for the release of layers of stress and fatigue in the physiology, so our most fully awake, grounded, rooted in Being, creative selves can naturally shine through.
