Victoria is a Filipino-Australian Vedic meditation teacher based in Melbourne, Australia.
I am passionate about sharing Vedic wisdom and knowledge to support you to live a life of ease, sweetness, belonging and meaningful connection.
In 2018, I first learned Vedic meditation as a stressed and overwhelmed university student, seeking for tools to help me move through life with greater ease, increase my self-confidence and lessen fatigue in my body and mind.
After discovering the simple practice of Vedic meditation, I noticed a profound shift in the way I began to experience my life, as well as a re-discovery and re-connection to my innate state of energy, creativity, calmness, joy and connection, both to nature and with others.
I will never forget learning for the first time, how relaxed I felt almost immediately and realising the stark contrast from my normalised state of being tired, overwhelmed and fatigued on a daily basis.
Vedic meditation felt like a coming home to my nature. It felt like my whole being was finally coming out of the deep waters, breaking the surface and filling up my lungs with fresh air. It felt so natural and was the first technique where I did not have to try, concentrate or put in any effort. I could finally stop doing and just let go with complete abandon.
I fell in love with Vedic knowledge and wisdom. Its timelessness and its vastness is incomparable. Even thousands of years later its truths about life and the nature of our Self remain incredibly relevant.
Over the past 6+ years I have had the opportunity to travel multiple times to India and across south-east Asia on beautiful pilgrimages to places where the Vedic tradition emerged from. I was also charmed to complete advance training in Vedic knowledge, mantra chanting and Sanskrit language with teachers based both in Australia and India. My latest training in 2024 culminated living in south India for 3-months to train as a Vedic meditation teacher. After many years of being a student and a part of a beautiful meditation community in Melbourne, there was a deep sense of choice-less knowing that it’s time to give back and share my infinite love for this practice with others.

“You deserve the best. Never feel unworthy or not justified in having the best. I tell you this is your heritage; but you have to accept it. You have to expect it, you have to claim it. To do so is not demanding too much.”
— Guru Deva, Swami Brahmananda Saraswati
Above all, I value respect and autonomy. I am here to meet you exactly where you are at. Leading with kindness, presence and open-mindedness is at the heart of everything I do. I am passionate in creating nourishing and welcoming spaces where you can feel comfortable to learn, relax and support one another.
My desire is for you to re-discover your innate state of full potential within. To live a life in full flow, ease and harmony with all the laws of nature and to awaken within an unshakeable love, compassion and connection to the whole spectrum of life which is our birthright to experience.
My intention is to contribute in a lasting way to building a culture that upholds rest as primary, prioritises the importance of community, and which honours our full spectrum of uniqueness and diversity, where everyone can meaningfully belong and where the wisdom of our ancient traditions, history and heritage can be re-enlivened and made relevant for the modern day.
I can’t wait to share this incredible practice with you.
Jai Guru Deva!
