Join Jesse & Victoria for a relaxing afternoon learning the advanced practice of Vedic rounding. Rounding is a deeply restful yoga asana sequence designed to prepare the body for a deeper experience of meditation and create greater embodiment and connection between the mind-body.

Learn a specific sequence of soft and gentle yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), followed by Vedic meditation, ending with rest and integration. The practice of rounding allows the mind-body to drop into a state of deep rest and relaxation, allowing for layers of fatigue and stress to be processed and released. You can think of it as amplifying and supercharging the effects of your meditation practice.

This is an advanced practice for Vedic meditators and a new asana sequence (for those who have learned the old sequence, you’re invited to come along!).

TIME: 9:00am-12:00pm (3 hrs).

LOCATION: Green Monday Studios, Carlton.
